Premier Membership
Become a Premier Member at MidAmerica Medical Spa! At our medical spa serving Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, IL, Premier Members enjoy treatment flexibility, special BOTOX®/Dysport®/XEOMIN® pricing, specials on products and services, and exclusive events.
The Premier Membership is a $130 subscription fee taken out on the 1st of each month. This is a credit that can be used on any product or service in our medical spa. You can spend your $130 monthly, or you can save the money on your account to use as often as you’d like. This credit on your account does not expire! If your treatment cost exceeds what you have saved on your account, you can simply pay the remaining balance out of pocket at your appointment.
As a Premier Member, you will receive the following at a minimum:
- $1 off per unit of per unit of BOTOX, Dysport, or XEOMIN.
- 10% off all skincare (excludes prescription products)
- One service special per quarter (4 guaranteed annually)
- Special events
- Insider access to upcoming specials & events
- 10% off IV drips
If you are interested in becoming a Premier Member, stop by our Glen Carbon office or ask your provider about it at your next appointment. When you sign up, you will be able to use your first $130 membership payment towards your treatment that day.
