Dr. Ryan Diederich was honored and excited to speak at SIU Springfield Plastic Surgery on April 16, 2014.
He discussed the transition from residency to practice. The focus of Dr. Diederich’s talk was how to provide exceptional patient care once out of the academic environment. “It was exciting to see the residents’ enthusiasm”, says Dr. Diederich. “The residents are eager to learn and are the future of plastic surgery”.
