A typical treatment session lasts about an hour, including administering local anesthesia and performing the procedure itself.

Patients may also experience small areas of firmness—usually not visible or painful—that typically resolve within a few months.
Avéli requires little to no downtime, with most patients returning to their usual routine and activities within 24 to 48 hours after treatment. However, for optimal healing, we recommend postponing strenuous activities or workouts for at least the first few days to a week after the procedure.
